IHM is extremely proud of Unaizah, who last night played for Bury Girls in the Lancashire Football Association U.18s County Cup Final against an extremely well-drilled Blackpool FC Youth. Unaizah was made Vice-Captain and put in a superb performance last night. Bury Manager, Chris Honor said: “Unaizah was made vice captain last night and gave a good performance on a big pitch.” Chris has previously spoken very highly of Unaizah: “She’s one of those player’s who lights up the room up! If I sub her, the team shout at me to put her back on.” Sadly, Bury lost 6-0 to an “on-form” Blackpool team, but they have done so very well to reach this prestigious final. Well done to Chris and the team and to our Unaizah!
