Manchester City Visit
Last week our academy players got the chance to see a live champions league game in Manchester. The IHM academy players went to the Etihad stadium as a team to watch Manchester City V Shaktar Donetsk, in a game that gave a whole host of goals, with a 6-0 victory to the Manchester side, along with some controversial decisions by the referee.
As part of our programmes in the UK we take the players to live games in the Northwest of England to see first hand the speed and talent level of professional players in a stadium setting. Next month the IHM Academy players from Ellesmere College will be going to Blackburn Rovers to see the championship side take on Sheffield Wednesday in a top of the table clash.
