This was a hard fought game that IHM dominated. The 4-4 result didn’t reflect this fact. IHM’s efforts soon led to them being 2-0 up. The game then went to 2-2 and the score line stood at 4-2 to IHM with just 10 minutes left. However, IHM conceded a further two goals within this short window.
Head Coach Matt Lowe said:
“The boys should have put the game to bed, we were by far the better team.”
However, of note has to be Aykhan’s unstoppable 30 yarder, another screamer from the young Azeri.
